I think that no kill nation is a nice idea, but I don’t feel that this is very realistic. I’m sure you have encountered TONS of dogs Lindsay, but I imagine you have some kind of policy where you won’t walk dogs with human aggression or bite historys. Also I doubt that people who have dogs that bite don’t often contact you due to the behavior of their dog. We finally have the space to start offering bootcamp! Bootcamp is were I take your dog for about 2 weeks. We will cater to your dogs specific needs and quirks. Whether it be pack socialization, reactivity, aggression or just basic obedience. The second week will incorporate the handler so they are not totally out of the loop! Been a little lazy with Doc Holidays socialization and public work since it got so cold and snowey here in fargo. Decided to bring Doc to one of my favorite local bars that allows me to bring dogs in, the Bismark.  Worked with Holiday on spot (the bar stool) and duration from a distance on the spot. Doc gets very excited when people come to say hi, so we also worked on greeting calmly instead of grovelling. He did awesome. The bar is an excellent place to work with a dog, especially in these- 10 degree weathers! I would love to hear some of your guys stories of dogs at bars!

Took the pack to the park tonight for some nightime snow jamming. I have had this problem with the dojo for a while now…hes a premature ejumpulator. I just recently taught dojo an around counter clockwise….he only knew clockwise before…sending him around the other way made a huge difference in joes approach, stride and leaps….he didn’t miss a disc after that! What do you disc doggers take from that? Anyone else tried anything similar?
