Handling discs is an important part of the Disc Dog freestyler’s game. It all boils down to the Cookie Process: you can’t be an efficient cookie trainer if you can’t hang on to the Cookies. And you can’t be a great Disc Dog handler if you can’t handle discs.

Efficient and competent disc management is more than just racing around picking discs up off the ground. It’s about planning. Efficiency. Coolness. Handling two discs in one hand is the move of a mature handler. It shows competence, efficiency, planning and is pretty cool too.

This video demonstrates some Disc Management techniques that we use at Pawsitive Vybe that are based on handling and throwing multiple discs in one hand.
